Computer Automated Calibration System
Using a fully integrated software system and the latest technology in instrumentation we are able to calibrate your instruments efficiently and at the same log its process through our laboratory, from the moment it arrives to the time it is dispatched. Calibration, procedures, repair, job and customer details are all stored on our database. Your instrument history is available to you at any time.

Calibration Recall / Reminder Letters
In order to assist the operation of your Q.A. system and avoid instrument re-calibration being overlooked we include a free of charge reminder letter three weeks before calibration is due, and again when overdue.

Service Log Issued with each Calibration or Repair
In addition to certificates, we also issue a service log which details the history of the instrument. Each time the instrument is returned this is updated. The service log gives the Q.A. manager all the information needed on one sheet including certificate numbers, repair details, dates and even a picture of the instrument for identification purposes. All this information gathered together on one record eases the operation of Quality Assurance systems such as ISO 9000.
