volts and read as GW, (1volt = 1GW.) use the millivolt range
for lower values. The unique circuit design provides a steady
reading of all high resistance readings. Applications include
PCB and capacitor leakage, coil, transformer and cable
insulation, finding earth leakage faults on equipment etc.
