8000 Series Precision Multimeters
Transmille releases the groundbreaking 8000 Series precision range of multimeters. This represents another breakthrough in measurement technology from Transmille, leaping ahead of older designs by using the latest in ultra powerful digital processors.
The heart of any precision instrument is its analogue design; the experience and knowledge gained by Transmille over the last 10 years of development of its 3000 Series mutli product calibrators, its innovation and commitment to quality have all been directed towards the design of the 8000 Series DMM.
By bringing together the latest technology in both analogue and digital design, Transmille have significantly reduced the parts count and complexity of an 8.5 digit DMM, achieving unrivalled performance and a breakthrough price / performance balance to meet the requirements of a wide range of users.
ProCal / ProCal-Track V4x
The popular Transmille calibration and laboratory management software packages have been revised and updated to reflect the changing requirements of the calibration industry. ProCal provides a comprehensive suite of tools for calibration in multiple disciplies, with automated control of products from Transmille and other popular manufacturers.
New support for upcoming 32 Bit Windows operating systems is included, and support for the new range of 8000 Series multimeters.
ProSales Sales Management Software
Transmille has also launched a new calibration laboratory focussed sales management tool, providing tools to aid quoting and acknowleding calibration work as well as supporting resale of end user products in a single package.
The incusion of an invoicing management module provides export of data suitable for import to popular accounting packages such as Sage Line 50.

Expanded Range of
8000 Series
Precision Multimeters
Transmille have expanded the 8000
Series range of precision multimeters to provide three models to suit budget and requirements. The 8081 and 8071 models are now joined by an additional model 8080 providing a configurable 4ppm multimeters to suit customer requirements.
8800 Series Precision Meters
The 8000 Series range of multimeters has been joined by the 8800 series range of meters, which offer measurement of DC voltage to 1000V as standard. Additional options are then available to expand the capabilities of these products to include :
> DC Current
> AC Voltage
> AC Current
> Resistance
> Frequency
The 8800 Series is also available in two
grades of accuracy :
> 8881 : 4ppm
> 8871 : 9ppm
ProSite : On-Site Database Management Software
Transmille's ProCal Calibration software can now be used in cionjunction witht eProSite database Management software (option) to provide a 'satellite' on-site database for use at remote customer sites, which can then intelligently be re-imported to the main laboratory database on return from site.
ProArchive
: Database Archive Software
ProCal databases can now be maintained by a new archive application, allowing data older than a user specified period to be extracted and stored in a separate archive. This data can be later re-imported should the data be required for active use again at any time.
ProGraph : Data Analysis Software
ProGraph is available for use in conjunction with the 8000 and 8800 series Multimeters / Meters to provide realtime drift trend anaysis of measurements using the remote interfaces available on these products.
A new version of the PATDRS software combining support for all models of Transmille PATs is available with an updated interface and support for DYMO label printers
